Luckey Ranch HOA Seeks Board Candidates Ahead of August Annual Meeting: Here's How Residents Can Get Involved

June 25 2026

Luckey Ranch residents have an opportunity to play a direct role in shaping their community as the Luckey Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA) begins accepting applications for its Board of Directors while preparing for the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members.

For homeowners who have wanted to become more involved in neighborhood decisions, this year's board recruitment offers a chance to help guide the future of the community. At the same time, all residents are encouraged to participate in the upcoming annual meeting, where important association business will be discussed.

HOA Looking for Five Homeowners to Serve on the Board of Directors

The Luckey Ranch Homeowners Association is seeking five homeowners interested in serving on the HOA Board of Directors.

According to the association, residents wishing to serve must be members in good standing and have a current balance with the HOA.

Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, July 13, 2026.

Completed applications should be emailed to Onsite Community Manager Adonycka De Leon at a.deleon@sbbmanagement.com

What Does the HOA Board Do?

Serving on the Board of Directors comes with significant responsibilities that directly affect the neighborhood's operations and future planning.

According to the association, the Board serves as the decision-making authority for the HOA and is responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving the annual association budget.
  • Evaluating and selecting contractors.
  • Attending Board meetings.
  • Making decisions regarding contracts.
  • Retaining authority over legal matters involving the association.

The HOA also notes that prospective board members should carefully consider their ability to act independently, avoid conflicts of self-interest, and objectively evaluate issues that benefit the community as a whole.

The association emphasizes that serving on the Board represents an important commitment of time and effort that helps support the continued success of Luckey Ranch.

Annual Meeting Scheduled for August 11

In addition to the Board recruitment, Luckey Ranch homeowners are invited to participate in the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members, which is scheduled for:

  • Date: Tuesday, August 11, 2026
  • Time: 6:00 p.m.
  • Format: Virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams

The association encourages homeowners to submit any questions ahead of the meeting.

Residents who have not received the HOA questionnaire by email are asked to send their email address to support@sbbmanagement.com so they can receive future communications from SBB Community Management.

Instructions for joining the virtual meeting are included in the official Annual Meeting Notice.

Can't Attend? Submit a Proxy

Homeowners who are unable to attend the virtual meeting are encouraged to submit a proxy to ensure their property is represented during the Annual Meeting.

Following the meeting, minutes will be posted on the SBB Management Portal for residents to review.

Anyone needing additional assistance may contact Onsite Community Manager Adonycka De Leon at a.deleon@sbbmanagement.com

Why Resident Participation Matters

Homeowners associations make decisions that influence neighborhood operations, financial planning, maintenance priorities, and long-term community management. Whether serving on the Board or simply participating in the Annual Meeting, resident involvement helps ensure that a variety of perspectives are represented as decisions are made.

With both Board applications and the Annual Meeting approaching, this summer provides Luckey Ranch homeowners an opportunity to help shape the direction of their community for the coming year.

Residents interested in serving on the Board should remember the July 13 application deadline, while all homeowners are encouraged to participate in the August 11 Annual Meeting or submit a proxy if they are unable to attend.
