Congratulations to this month’s Champions Park Yard of the Month winners, Mark and Lori Kerr of 13710 Leal Drive!

While driving through the neighborhood recently, I couldn’t help but notice their beautiful home as they prepared for the Fourth of July. Their festive red, white, and blue decorations immediately caught my attention, but what really stood out was seeing Mark and Lori both on their hands and knees planting fresh flowers and putting the finishing touches on their landscaping. It was a wonderful reminder that beautiful neighborhoods are built by neighbors who truly care.

The attention to detail throughout their front yard, flower beds, and walkway is exactly the kind of pride in homeownership that makes Champions Park such a special place to live. Their dedication not only creates a welcoming home for their family, but it also helps strengthen our community and protect the value of every home in the neighborhood.

Several years ago, the Kerrs made the decision to remove several pine trees that had been planted too close to the house. That investment not only opened up the beauty of their home but also helped address potential foundation concerns. Their commitment to maintaining and improving their property is evident in everything they do.

Mark and Lori truly represent the spirit of Champions Park. Their hard work, attention to detail, and pride in their home set an example for all of us and reflect the standards that make our neighborhood such a great place to live.
