Beat the Texas Heat at the Villages of Bear Creek Pool This Summer
When the Texas summer temperatures climb, there's no need to travel far to find a great place to cool off. The Villages of Bear Creek community pool offers residents a convenient way to relax, enjoy time with family and friends, and make the most of one of the neighborhood's most popular amenities. Whether it's an afternoon swim with the kids, a chance to unwind after a long week, or simply an opportunity to catch up with neighbors, the community pool is a great place to enjoy everything summer has to offer—right here at home.
Located at 21102 Wildcroft Drive, the Villages of Bear Creek pool is open throughout the summer season, with daily operations during June and July and select dates through Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., giving residents plenty of time to fit a swim into their weekend or weekday plans. If you haven't made plans yet, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to grab your towels, sunscreen and favorite pool toys and enjoy a refreshing afternoon close to home.
Like many of the neighborhood's shared amenities, the community pool is something every resident helps support through their HOA assessments. Those ongoing investments help maintain the facility, provide safe access, and keep the pool clean, welcoming and enjoyable throughout the season. Taking advantage of the pool is a great way to enjoy one of the many benefits of living in Villages of Bear Creek while creating lasting memories with family, friends and neighbors.
2026 Villages of Bear Creek Pool Hours
The pool is open 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the following schedule:
- Daily June 1–30
- Daily July 1–31
- August 1–2, 4–10, 15–16, 22–23 and 29–30
- September 4–7 (Labor Day weekend)
Need Pool Access?
If you haven't received your 2026 pool access yet, it's easy to get started. Residents age 12 and older must have a valid Pool ID along with a current annual pool sticker, and pool access is available to residents in good standing with the HOA.
For 2026, all pool tag requests are handled electronically and mailed directly to residents—there are no in-person registration dates or office pickups. Simply complete the official Pool ID Registration Form and submit it through the Resident Portal or by emailing access@inframark.com. Requests are generally processed within approximately 72 hours, plus mailing time.
Residents should also remember that replacement Pool ID tags are $20 each and replacement annual stickers are $5 each. Only individuals currently residing at the property may be listed on registration forms, and all published pool rules and safety guidelines must be followed.
