Architectural Review Committee (ACC) and Home Improvements
To protect the aesthetic quality of Jamestown Colony, any improvement or modification to your home’s appearance as seen from the street, MUST have a Home Improvement Request Form submitted to RISE Association Management Group for the Architectural Review Committee to review and approve PRIOR to starting ANY work. This includes replacements of your roof, fencing, exterior painting, home additions, major landscape modifications, etc.
Submittals can be filed and managed in CINC, the platform utilized by RISE. Click HERE to access your account and file ACC requests.
